BlockBeats News, November 11th. According to official sources, YZi Labs announced an investment in Renewal Bio, a regenerative medicine company that utilizes developmental biology technology to generate DNA-matched human cells and tissues from patient-derived pluripotent stem cells.

Renewal Bio addresses global organ and cell shortages through its Stembroid development platform, which can generate human cells and tissues that are fully genetically matched to the donor DNA for transplantation.

This new round of funding will accelerate the preclinical development of Stembroid-derived hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) for leukemia and immune disorders and expand research on liver, heart, and pancreatic cells.
