AVAX Price Prediction: Will AVAX Break the Trendline?

AVAX is accumulating liquidity on both ends, with a key trendline acting as temporary support Avalanche remains one of the most scalable and efficient smart contract platforms in crypto Price could break lower first before flipping bullish — watch for reaction after liquidity sweep In the last article , I mentioned how Avalanche (AVAX) was showing signs of a potential bullish structure shift on the daily. There was that untouched liquidity resting above... and AVAX had every reason to go collect it. But zoom into the 4H chart, and you’ll notice something interesting: price hasn’t made that move yet. Instead, it’s doing what price loves to do — playing mind games. It’s still accumulating liquidity to the upside, building that pressure. And you know how that goes: the longer it coils, the stronger the breakout (or breakdown). What Is Avalanche (AVAX) Really About? Let’s not forget the fundamentals. Avalanche isn’t just another “Ethereum killer.” It’s a scalable blockchain platform known for blazing fast transactions, low fees, and its innovative use of subnets — basically, custom-built chains running in parallel. This makes it a go-to choice for DeFi builders who need performance without compromising decentralization. I still remember when I first tried out an AVAX-based dApp. Everything just worked — smooth, fast, no lag. It felt like how crypto should feel in 2025. The Current Setup (And That Sneaky Trendline Below) Now, back to the chart. While the daily is still flirting with that bullish structure shift, the H4 shows clear liquidity building up on both ends. What catches my eye most is that trendline underneath the current price. Extend it out and you’ll see — price has been reacting to it, respecting it, touching it... almost too perfectly. And that’s exactly why I think it won’t last. Trendlines are like psychological comfort zones. Once too many people see it and trust it, price loves to break it. That liquidity resting below might just be the fuel needed to sweep the lows before any meaningful push up. So What Now? Here’s the thing. We might see a short-term move down to take out that lower liquidity. If that happens, I’ll be watching smaller timeframes like a hawk, looking for a change of character (ChoCh) — a sign that the bulls are stepping back in. On the flip side, if AVAX just pushes up from here? Then we ride with it. Either way, we stay adaptive. Because, let’s be real: no one has absolute certainty in this game. We work with probabilities, with structure, with scenarios. But at the end of the day, price can and will do whatever it wants.
